yep, the place I work for has plenty of these 'values'...the values change every 18 months or so, which does tend to beg a question or two...

There are few things that I have total hate for but organisation's values and 'mission statements' are right up there. It seems to be stating what should just be bleedin' obvious, without insulting your intelligence.
Inflicting values on small children is a particular type of cruelty that should not be under estimated.

Bungo, I saw that as well.
Like not being able to avoid looking at a car crash, I have the BBC news is on in the morning before some item has me switching over to Talking Pictures for the day...usually after about 5 minutes.

Funniest I thought was early on, some woman (probably in Chiswick or maybe Teddington), had created a school room for her kids in her dining room. including deciding the school values and then listing them on a poster on the wall. Clearly she then had to make sure all her friends knew about it by getting it on the BBC.
I don't wish someone dead every day, but that one might have been an exception?

"flattening the curve"
Luckily the BBC will explain what flattening the curve means in "layman's terms" just in case any viewers are struggling with the words 'flatten' and 'curve' and might be wondering whether the curve in question relates to Yorkshires batting average (1982 season) as opposed to the Corona virus.
